We know you are excited to get your Wellness Buddy products, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times. We are working hard with the people in our warehouses to get each order out as quick as possible. For any inconvenience caused we apologies, this is something that will change in the near future.

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY PRODUCT?
We process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your product as soon as possible. You will receive your order usually within 9-12 business days of placing your order.
CalmEar™ - We currently only ship this product with the delivery courier Untracked Services, due to the size of the product as being categorize in "Small Items"
GlowRoller™ / SupportBuddy™ - These 2 products are the best-seller on our website. Due to huge orders, tracking numbers might be available at a further date from the date of purchase.
Disclaimer : As our products are stocked in different warehouses to ensure you get the fastest delivery, orders with multiple products may arrive separately.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO RETURN A ORDER?
We apologise if your order was not up to standard and we'd love to help!
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging
Send us an inquiry via our Contact Us page or email us at wellnessbuddycontact@gmail.com. So our customer service team can help you as fast as possible please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot accept returns/refunds on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.
